I read the 10 super foods on the Nutrition Action Health Letter this afternoon. I was surprised to learn that Smoothie King's smoothies were "named" as bad. I love them and thought they were a healthy alternative! Of course, it was no surprise to see Cold Stone Creamery on the list. My tummy thanks you for the tip!
I also read the food list, and it is too bad about the smoothies. The high sodium in the soup is a good reminder to be careful on the salt content with canned and other packaged foods.
